I chose this subject because of the architectural detail combined with the tacky alterations and the neglect that the property has endured makes an interesting painting

just beyond Duluth MN

Built about 1880's on Park Ave. So.

Moved to present location around 1900

and the copper domes and gingerbread detail were then added
